It simulates the physical characteristics and weight of an adult male, featuring a complete and realistic anatomical structure of the airway, and supports cricothyroid membrane puncture and tracheotomy. The simulator allows for limb immobilization, dragging and carrying, manual carrying, stretcher carrying, cervical collar immobilization, and casualty transfer. It can simulate tension pneumothorax and thoracic wall (rise and fall of the chest wall). Various types of trauma on the head and face, limbs, chest, and abdomen can be simulated with realistic bleeding effects.

Training Features
- The simulator can simulate traumatic bleeding in areas such as the face, limbs, and trunk.
- The simulator supports simulated training operations including oropharyngeal ventilation, nasopharyngeal ventilation, endotracheal intubation, and tracheotomy.
- It can simulate tension pneumothorax: a "breakthrough sensation" can be felt when the puncture is successful, and the syringe plunger can be seen being pushed up by the automatic air flow when aspirating.
